Beyond Luxor Tourism Company

These Terms and Conditions govern all bookings, tours, and travel services provided by Beyond Luxor. By booking a service with Beyond Luxor, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

1. Booking and Confirmation

1.1 All bookings must be made directly through Beyond Luxor or authorized representatives.
1.2 A booking is considered confirmed once Beyond Luxor issues a written confirmation (email or invoice) following receipt of the required deposit or full payment.
1.3 You are responsible for providing accurate information (names, travel dates, passport details, contact details) at the time of booking. Beyond Luxor is not liable for errors caused by inaccurate information supplied by the traveler.

2. Payment Terms

2.1 Deposit: A minimum deposit of 25% of the total tour price is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Some services, such as cruises, flights, or luxury accommodations, may require a higher deposit as per supplier policies.
2.2 Final Payment: The balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the scheduled start date of the tour. If the booking is made less than 30 days before travel, full payment is required at the time of booking.
2.3 Payment Methods: We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card, debit card, or other approved electronic methods. Transaction fees (if any) are the responsibility of the traveler.
2.4 Non-Payment: Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking without refund of deposits.

3. Pricing

3.1 All prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
3.2 Prices are subject to change due to fluctuations in exchange rates, government taxes, entrance fees, airline fuel surcharges, or other unexpected increases beyond our control.
3.3 Once a booking is confirmed and payment received, Beyond Luxor will honor the agreed price unless a change is required due to reasons stated in Clause 3.2.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

4.1 Cancellations by the Traveler:

More than 60 days before departure: Full refund minus administrative fee (10% of total booking).

31–60 days before departure: 50% of total tour price is non-refundable.

15–30 days before departure: 75% of total tour price is non-refundable.

Less than 15 days before departure: 100% of total tour price is non-refundable.

4.2 Cancellations by Beyond Luxor:
In the unlikely event that Beyond Luxor cancels your tour (excluding force majeure), you will receive a full refund of amounts paid. This shall constitute full settlement, and Beyond Luxor will not be liable for additional compensation.

4.3 Refund Process:
Refunds will be made in the original form of payment within 30 business days after confirmation of cancellation.

5. Amendments and Changes

5.1 If you wish to make changes to your confirmed booking (such as travel dates, accommodations, or activities), Beyond Luxor will do its best to accommodate your request, subject to availability and applicable fees.
5.2 Any additional costs resulting from amendments will be charged to the traveler.
5.3 Beyond Luxor reserves the right to modify itineraries, services, or accommodations due to operational, safety, or force majeure reasons. Equivalent or superior alternatives will be provided where possible.

6. Travel Documents and Requirements

6.1 It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure they possess valid passports, visas, permits, and any other documentation required for entry into Egypt or other destinations included in the tour.
6.2 Beyond Luxor provides general information but is not responsible for denied entry due to insufficient travel documentation.

7. Insurance

7.1 Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers. Insurance should cover medical expenses, trip cancellation, personal accident, baggage loss, and liability.
7.2 Beyond Luxor does not provide insurance and is not liable for expenses arising from accidents, illness, theft, or cancellations outside its control.

8. Health and Safety

8.1 Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit for travel.
8.2 Certain tours involve physical activities such as walking, climbing, or boat travel. Travelers participate at their own risk.
8.3 Beyond Luxor follows local health and safety regulations but cannot guarantee the elimination of risks.

9. Liability and Responsibility

9.1 Beyond Luxor acts only as an agent for hotels, transport providers, guides, and other third-party suppliers. We are not liable for delays, injuries, damages, losses, or irregularities caused by third parties or events beyond our control.
9.2 Beyond Luxor is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.
9.3 To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid to us for the specific service in question.

10. Force Majeure

10.1 Beyond Luxor shall not be liable for failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, strikes, terrorism, pandemics, government restrictions, or civil unrest.

11. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

11.1 If you have a complaint during your tour, please inform your Beyond Luxor representative immediately so we can attempt to resolve it on the spot.
11.2 Complaints not resolved locally must be submitted in writing within 14 days after the end of the tour.
11.3 These Terms are governed by the laws of Egypt. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Egyptian courts.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By booking with Beyond Luxor, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
